T board type For sale board is provided at the cost shown which
may vary from time to time as stated on this web site. HSC
Property will have the board posted out to your chosen
address.
The
FOR SALE board is 800mm wide x 600mm deep.
Details appear in vinyl lettering on both sides. A post is
not supplied. A
SOLD label is also supplied to be attached to the board when
the property sells.
It
is understood by HSC that the board is acceptable for most
planning regulations. However it is the buyers responsibility to
check local planning regulations and how they affect the property
concerned and the specific location of the FOR SALE board.
Limit
of our liability
The
maximum liability for any loss arising due to our negligence will
be limited to a sum equal to the value of the advertising fee
received. Although in most circumstances we will advertise
until sold we reserve the right to remove any advert as we see fit
at our discretion and at any time.
