| Making a payment to HscP
couldn't be easier. Our online payments are completely secure
using Paypal, the recognised online payment facilitator for the
majority of online payments worldwide. Paypal payments are secure and we
do not receive any of your bank or credit card details directly.
Payments are processed off our site and on Paypal secure
servers.
Payments through Paypal are

Paying online - step by
step
|

Your personal log in Menu
After uploading details of a property
the system will hold the details 'offline' until you choose to pay.
Giving you time to amend and upload photographs as necessary. Just
log into your account and you will be presented with a personal menu
panel as shown below.
When ready for the advert to go
live - go to step 4 'Make payment' - click this icon and you will be
taken through to a payment options page with details of services,
including ordering a FOR SALE or TO LET board.

Payment menu
Choosing either step 4 'Make Payment'
for property advert or 'Additional services' icon will take
you through to a services option menu as below. The status of your
advert/s will be shown as Unpaid or Already paid. The paid adverts
will be live and seen through the search options and property of the
month if one of the last 20 properties uploaded.
To request any of the services
detailed, click the BUY NOW button to be taken through to the Paypal
secure payment screens.

Paypal secure online Payments
Clicking BUY NOW will take you to the
first Paypal screen shown below. The top header confirms that this
payment is to Hsc Property but you are now on a secure Payal area
where your details are not shared with us. The payment is confirmed
to you and HscProperty by email and the amount paid is transferred
from you to the HscProperty Bank account by Paypal secure systems.
The options on this page are to pay using an existing Paypal Account
or pay using a credit card or debit card by clicking the bottom
CONTINUE button as seen in the red circle.

Paying by credit card or debit card
Clicking continue as in the above
screen takes you through to the next page shown below. Again
offering payment option by Paypal or just below - insert your
details to pay by credit card or debit card.

to pay by cheque please email
us to request this option.
